Are your crystals genuine?
We take great importance in providing natural crystals to give you the healing and energy you need. We buy our crystals from registered and renowned suppliers and certify some random pieces from most of our stocks but not all.
How do I select the right Crystal?
It’s said crystals select their owner. Whenever you wish to buy a crystal see what attracts you the most. When you are confused between a few crystals see what crystal or piece calls you the most. That is the one for you. Trust your intuition.

Do the crystals have healing powers?
The use of crystals is not a replacement for traditional medicine as they are not scientifically proven to cure ailments. They have, however, been used for thousands of years in natural medicine and healing meditation. By selecting a crystal known for certain properties, it can serve as a reminder of what you want to focus on to make the most of your day.
Can I use crystals for my Pets?
Definitely a YES!! The ways to use crystals is varied, creative and fun. You may DIY crystal key chain on pet's carrier bag, crystal collars etc.. But not as a toy. Or placed near them to ward off negative energies.
Will my crystal look exactly like the one in the picture?
Each of our crystal listings show a variety of images from the same batch of stocks or the actual piece you be recieving so you can get an idea of your expectations. We do strive to ensure that screen colours are true to life, as much as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different in reality due to lighting conditions, or variances in computer and mobile phone screen calibration.
How do I store crystals?
They can be individually kept in pouches or jewellery box to avoid chipping and other physical damages to crystals. Storing them in natural or handwoven fabric is excellent for resting crystals and protecting them from outside auras and energies. The best material to keep them in is in a wooden box.
Can i self collect?
Unfortunately not. We currently do not have a physical location. In the meantime, we offer free local shipping for orders above $150SGD. Otherwise it's a flat fee of $5SGD.
Can I cancel my order?
Providing you contact us before your order is dispatched and ideally as soon as possible after making the order, you should be able to cancel your order without a problem. To do this, email or phone us with your order number to hand. If the order is still being processed, we will cancel the order for you. If it has already been dispatched there is nothing we can do. You may refer to our refund policy for the next stage.
Can I return an item that I am not satisfied with for a exchange/ refunds?
Crystals are very personal to each individual and may be spiritual to some. Hence, we do not allow exchanges or refunds for products purchased. You may refer to our refunds policy for the next stage.
Will I have to pay import duty fees?
Yes. International Customers are responsible for all taxes collected by their country's customs control. Please consult your country's import fee policy so you are prepared for the charge. Your package will not be released from customs until you pay the import duty fees.
