Rose Quartz 粉晶

Rose quartz is one of the most abundant minerals found on earth. While Brazil mines the finest quality rose quartz, this gem is also found in Sri Lanka, South Africa, India and Madagascar. It is known as the “Love Stone” as it is used to attract love, passion and longing in a relationship.

Although most rose quartz stones are considered to be inexpensive, those displaying deeper pink hues being the most desirable can be slightly more expensive as compared to the paler ones. The most valuable and rare rose quartz stones have an appealing, cloudy translucence and display asterism (star effect), while the lesser valuable ones have slight inclusions and an opaque appearance. Exquisite, affordable and abundantly available, there is no reason for not adding Rose Quartz to your collection.
